All reservations require a credit card to hold the room. We accept Visa and Mastercard.  We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel after the 48 hours, you will be billed for the entire reservation.

Policies

We are a non-smoking Bed and Breakfast inside the house, but guests are welcome to smoke outside. Due to safety issues and our insurance, if anyone does smoke inside our B&B, a $100.00 cleaning fee will be charged. Children are very welcome at our Bed and Breakfast but must have adult supervision at all times.

Stabling:
Horse boarding is $25.00 per stall or $15.00 per paddock per night.  Read more on stabling to the left.”
